Slimming World Meal Plan Monday


Had a okay weight loss this week last push before Christmas!

Monday: Breaded Sole, SW Chips and Salad

Tuesday: Homemade Beef Curry, Boiled Rice & SW Chips

Wednesday: Homemade SW Burgers & SW Chips

Thursday: SW Chili & Baked Potatoes

Friday: Steak, Mushrooms, Onions, Pepper Sauce & SW Chips

Saturday: Family Party

Sunday: Roast Chicken, Oxo Roasties, Carrots & Parsnips
