Slimming World Meal Plan Monday



As the weather tries to become more Spring like
so shall our diet!! We are hoping to add a little varied to our meal plan!

Breakfasts this week will be cereal with lots of fresh fruit, very berry smoothies, eggs & avocado,
omelette's, and overnight oats

Lunches this week are scrambled egg grilled cheese (sound yummy recipe here..), hummus & dips
chicken Casar salad, and various sandwiches!

Monday: Breakfast for Dinner! Slimming Word Big Grill
SW Sausages, Bacon, Beans, Eggs & SW Chips

Tuesday: Oven Baked Meat Balls, Mushrooms, Onions & Mash Potatoes

Wednesday: SW Tuna Pasta Bake & Salad

Thursday: Homemade Chicken & Mushroom Pie, SW Chips & Salad

Friday: SW Chili Con Carne & Boiled Rice

Saturday: Leftover Chili& Cheese Pasta Bake

Sunday: Roast Chicken Sunday Lunch!
