Slimming World Meal Plan Monday


I didn't get the loss I wanted this week but I think that was due to star week as I was 100% on plan last week. Now this weekend that's something different! I was so not on plain this weekend, need to get back on track today for the rest of the week!

Monday:  Homemade Burgers, SW Chips & Salad

Tuesday: SW Herb Crusted Pork Chops, Mash & Carrots

Wednesday: SW Beef Hot Pot & Brussel Sprouts

Thursday: SW Taco Fries

Friday: Chicken Curry & Boiled Rice

Saturday: Pizza Topped Chicken & SW Chips

Sunday: Ham, Cabbage, Carrots & Oxo Roasties

Had a nice loss this week in Slimming was very strict with myself over the weekend
so hoping will have a good loss this week too...its always slow and steady with me due to my PCOS

Monday: Left Over Roast Chicken, SW Chips & Salad

Tuesday: SW Chilli & Baked Potatoes

Wednesday: Slimming World Fake Away Taco Fries

Thursday: Slimming World Diet Coke Chicken

Friday: SW Meal For One
(Hubby at a work event)

Saturday: Slimming World Burgers, Salad & SW Chips

Sunday: We are out for a family dinner

Slimming World Meal Plan Monday


I am back in group since last Thursday
I finally said enough is enough! I was feeling horrible in myself and although I know it will be hard to get the weight loss I want while still on meds for my chronic illness and having PCOS but at least now I will be eating well! I am hoping to get a good loss on Thursday fingers crossed!

Breakfasts this week will be porridge with fruit, SW big grill breakfast and egg muffins

Lunches will be butternut squash homemade soup, tuna salads, cream crackers and omelette's

Monday: Left over SW Beef Hot Pot Bake with Brussel Sprouts

Tuesday: Beef Stir Fry with lots of Veg and Dry Wok Noddles

Wednesday: Slimming World Thai Green Curry Ready Meal with Boiled Rice

Thursday: Gammon Steaks, Fried Egg, Bean & SW Chips

Friday: SW Rigatoni With Beef Ragu

Saturday: Using left over Mince to make my favourite fakeaway
Slimming World Taco Fries

Sunday: Roast Chicken, Carrots, Brussel Sprouts, Yorkshire Pud & Oxo Roasties

Meal Plan Monday


I am going to drop the Slimming World from the title of this post because I am not in group
at the moment. While I am trying to stay on plan I am not being very strict with myself about it, my main aim is to get my chronic pain and illness under control and eat well, my focus for now is not about weight loss or the scales but just to try not gain any weight.
Breakfasts will be over night oats, scrambled eggs, weetabix, and fruit & yogurt
Lunches will be poached eggs, tuna wraps, and homemade soups

Monday: Meatballs & Spaghetti

Tuesday: Chicken Fajitas

Wednesday: Slimming World Shepard's Pie

Thursday: Eating Out

Friday: Homemade Steak & Onion Pies, SW Chips & Side Salad

Saturday: Steak, Sweet Potato Fries & Salad

Sunday: Roast Beef Sunday Lunch

Monday: Sticky Chinese Pork Belly With Rice

Tuesday: Slimming World Diet Coke Chicken

Wednesday: Slimming World Chips, Gammon Steaks (Finger Fingers For Oisìn) and Eggs 

Thursday: Jamie Oliver's Next Level Steak & Onion Sandwich
(Oisìn just likes the steak & will also make mash or chips for him)

Friday: Slimming Word Homemade Burger, Salad & SW Chips

Saturday: We are at a wedding

Sunday: We are eating out

Slimming World Meal Plan Monday


So I am back on the Slimming World train!
While I am unable to go back to group just yet due to the new meds I am on
I am back to synning my treats and doing my food diary
My doctors have said I can once again do light exercise 
I really need to get my arse in weight lost mood again as I have put on half a stone!
My clothes feel tight and I am not happy with how I look
but also it will help with my chronic illness

This week breakfasts will be over night oats, boiled eggs, slimming world grills and weetabix with fruit
Lunches will be, beans on toast, tuna wraps, salads, and homemade soups

Monday: Oxo Roasties, Green Beans & Homemade Chicken Kiev's

I am joining back to my Slimming World group this week after been giving the go ahead from my doctors. Really looking forward to getting ideas and support in group

This week breakfast is will be Weetabix, Poached Eggs, Yogurt & Fruit & Overnight Oats

Lunch will be Chicken Salad, Hummus & Veggies, Scrambled Eggs & Tuna Wraps

Here is our meal for dinners for the week

Slimming World Meal Plan Monday



This weeks meal will be a bit all over the place
as I am in and out of the hospital a few times this week
Oisìn is having a sleep over in his Grandparents cause of this and
I have a feeling I will be comfort eating after long days spent at the hospital
I do have something to look forward to I am rejoin my Slimming World group
after a few months away because of strong meds.

Breakfasts this week will be weetabix, scrambled eggs, bran flakes, and fruit

Lunches I will be eating out for lunch alot this week but I will try make the best options

Slimming World Meal Plan Monday/Tuesday


We didn't do a meal plan last week due to us all being sick
Oisín had a chest & throat infection, myself and hubby has sinus infections
So to be honest we just lived on toast and fruit!

This week breakfasts will be smoothies, weetabix, scrambled eggs and overnight oats

Lunches will be tuna salad, hummus & veg dips, poached eggs and salad wraps

Tuesday: Slimming World Breakfast for Dinner
Bacon Rashers, Beans, Eggs, Tomatoes, Mushrooms and SW Chips

Wednesday: Slimming World Tuna Pasta Bake

Thursday: Hubby & I are eating out
Oisín is having dinner at his Nanny's

Friday: Slimming World Diet Coke Chicken & SW Chips

Saturday: Slimming World Taco Fries

Sunday: Roast Chicken Sunday Lunch
