Slimming World Meal Plan Monday


Breakfasts this week will be fruit & yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, and smoothies

Lunches will be chicken salad, poached eggs, tuna salad, frittas, and egg salad wraps

Monday: Chicken Casar Salad

Tuesday: Steak, Mushrooms, Onions, Salad & SW Chips

Wednesday: Tuna Pasta Bake

Thursday: Chicken Breast, Corn on Bob and Salad

Friday: Chili Con Carne & Boiled Rice

Saturday: If the weather is nice BBQ

Sunday: Roast Beef Sunday Lunch
