Slimming World Meal Plan Monday



This week breakfast will be cereal & fruit, poached eggs, sw cooked breakfasts, greek yougart & fruit

Lunches will be chicken salad, beans on toast, tuna salad and veg dips

Monday: Chicken Salad with SW Chips

Tuesday: Hotdogs with SW Chips

Wednesday: Spicy Pork Chops, Salad & Cous Cous

Thursday: Meatballs & Pasta

Friday: Steak, SW Chips & Salad

Saturday: If the weather is nice BBQ

Sunday: Bacon Ribs, Cabbage & Mash
