Over The Weekend #5

This weekend we tried to get those jobs done

that you leave until it has to be done

Saturday we got alot done

Sunday Hubby and I bought didn't feel well

sore ears and tickle throats 

but we did have a lovely Sunday lunch

and then curled up and caught up on some TV

 I woke early Saturday morning

but as it's my lie in morning

hubby brought me breakfast in bed 

and I spent an hour or two reading

We then went to the park for some

fresh air and Oisín enjoyed running 

around with a football! 

 Then it was back home to

get some chores done

Oisín wanted to help cut the grass!

 I got some of the Halloween bits out!

 While we were watching the rugby!

Love / Hate

I know we are only a few days into January but here are some of my love / hates at the moment!

 

 

Hate

 

 

* The thoughts of taking down our Christmas tree this weekend - I took down most of the decorations but I will miss the twinkle of the Christmas lights.

 

* Lazy people in work -who do nothing and give out when there asked to do something, you do know you getting paid to work here right?!

 

* Doing housework - and then five minutes later the place looking dirty again!!

 

* Tax & PRSI charges going up again - my payslip is getting less income and more tax my the day!

 

 

Love

 

 

* Getting pictures our little niece Molly over Christmas -  makes me want to take a trip to Sweden to she here really soon!

 

* All the lovely Christmas presents family & friends got me - I really got spoiled!

 

* Getting back to work -maybe the walking to and from will help shed the Christmas weight!

 

* My parents - I love them so much and I think sometimes I take them a little for granted will try not to do that much this year.

Love / Hate

Hate

* That the little bird has gone from our window - thank you little birdie for your lovely songs all summer!

* Housework - enough said!! 

* That my battle of the bulge plan has hit a wall - I haven't lost any weight in four weeks and I am so dishearten that my weight is more or less the same since 10 weeks ago.

* People who over-react to everything - I mean there is no need to have a breakdown because you broke a nail!!

Love

 * My Hubby - thank you for a amazing anniversary weekend and the presents you spoil me and you are even willing to see Swan Lake with me...I could ask for a better husband xx

* The good weather - love how we always seem to get good weather when the schools start back!

* My new job - its great to get out of the apartment for a few hours, work my brain and met new people!

* 50 Shades Of Grey - the hubby got it for me as one of my anniversary presents (I know he has a one track mind!) and I have to say I'm enjoying it. Its badly written but it is very addictive!
