Slimming World Meal Plan Monday



After a few weeks maintain in Slimming World
I finally had a 2lb loss last week
but this weekend has been awful and I was off plan for all of it!
Going to be really strict for the rest of the week and next weekend too!
Here is our meal plan for the week ahead:

Monday: Chilli Con Carne and Boiled Rice

Tuesday: Gammon Steaks, Beans, Eggs and SW Chips

Wednesday: Slimming World Salmon Parcels with Boiled Potatoes

Thursday: Chicken Curry with Boiled Rice

Friday: Breakfast for Dinner Slimming World Big Grill
SW Chips, Beans, Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Eggs and Bacon

Saturday: Slimming World Burgers and SW Chips

Sunday: Bacon, Carrots, Cabbage and Mash Potatoes
