Slimming World Meal Plan Monday


Another week of staying the same in Slimming World
not sure what's going on but I am not giving up
will lose that 7lbs by Christmas I am determined!

Monday: Slimming World Thai Green Curry with Egg Fried Rice

Tuesday: My Mammy's Irish Stew

Wednesday: Irish Stew leftovers with Mash Potatoes

Thursday: Slimming World's Taco Fries

Friday: Aldi Beef Burgers with Jalapeno and Cheese Melt with Salad and SW Chips

Saturday: Gammon Steaks, Fried Eggs, Beans and SW Chips

Sunday: Roast Chicken Sunday Lunch with all the Trimmings
