Slimming World Meal Plan Monday



Hopefully this week will be a better week for our meal plan
Last week we where all down at one time or other with an awful tummy bug
I'm still not 100% but I think that cause my immune system is awful after almost
three months of illness
So this week is the start of each of us being on tonics and vitamins to try help
boost our immune system
Hubby and I are on Pharmaton tablets and I am also on Spatone apple iron supplements
Oisìn is starting his Pharmaton Kiddie tonic and has been taking his vitamin gum bears a while now.
Lots of fruit and veg will be had to replenish the goodness we lots the last couple of weeks

Breakfasts will be fruit smoothies, porridge with fruit, weetabix and the odd cooked breakfast
Lunches will be salads, homemade soups, omelette's,  and sandwiches
Here is our dinner meal plan for the week

Monday: Chicken Curry with Boiled Rice & SW Chips

Tuesday:  Cheese Burgers, Salad & SW Chips

Wednesday:  Slimming World Singapore Noodles

Thursday: I'm off out for a meal with friends

Friday: Garlic Chicken, Roast Potatoes & Greens

Saturday: Slimming World Big Grill

Sunday: Bacon, Cabbage, Carrots & Potatoes
