Slimming World Meal Plan Monday


We are using up lots of bits and bobs in the freezer
before we do a big shop next week

Breakfasts will be cereal with fruit, scrambled eggs and fruit smoothies
Lunches will be homemade soups, salad wraps, beans on toast and tuna salad
Here is our dinner plan for the week

Monday: Slimming World Diet Coke Chicken

Tuesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs

Wednesday: SW Singapore Noodles

Thursday: Thai Green Prawn Curry with Wok Noodles

Friday: Mustard Mash Potatoes, Green Beans & Breaded Chicken

Saturday: Homemade Pizzas with Homemade Garlic Wedges

Sunday: Mother's Day so I'm going out for a meal
