Breakfast 8am:
For breakfast this morning I had
two weetabix with banana's, raspberries
and cold milk. A large glass of water
with ice and a slice of lemon, and my cup of tea
Oisín had porridge with some
peaches and a 5oz bottle
Snack 11.30am:
Oisín had some peach at 11.30am
and then again around 3pm

For my mid morning snack I had

Lunch 1.30pm:
My lunch today was
a pulled pork wrap with
lettuce and tomato
with a large glass of water
and another cup of tea
Oisín's lunch was the same as our dinner
but without chicken so he had
mash potato and some carrots
he has water in his slippy cup
he also had a 4oz bottle around
an hour later
Dinner 6pm:
I am an idiot and totally forgot
to take a picture of our dinner!
It was mash potato, carrots
and chicken breast with
gravy total comfort food!
I had a large glass of water with it
Oisín had left over
spaghetti bolognese
left over from last week
which I froze and then
defrosted today for Oisín
I find this much easier to do this
and I think is better than a jar of
shop bought food
Oisín does have shop bought
jars of food but I like to
keep them for when I'm stuck or
on the go.
Anyway Oisín had a little
yogurt after his dinner and then
had a 5oz bottle before bed.
After Dinner Treat 8pm:
I had a cup of tea and a few maltesers while
watching the Great British Bake Off
