We do our weekly food shop every Thursday
we do most of our weekly shop in Aldi
We love this shop and have being buying our food
there ever since we moved in together five years ago
Now that I have joined slimming world
and and trying to eat more healthy
I have decided to try do a meal plan
I think if we are more prepared we will eat healthy
I will post our meal plan every Thursday
and then post one recipe from that meal plan
Thursday: Slimming worlds doner kebab with pitta bread and home made slaw
(Oisín loves the pitta bread and slaw)
Friday: Chicken stir fry with egg noodles
(Oisín has the chicken and noodles without sauce)
Saturday: Paul's homemade pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, parma ham and bacon
Sunday: Sunday roast chicken with potatoes, carrots, broccoli and peas
Monday: Left over chicken, mushroom and leek pie served with lots of salad
Tuesday: Irish beef stew
(Oisín's favourite!)
Wednesday: Left over stew served with mash potatoes and peas
So that's over meal plan for the week!
