Love / Hate

I know we are only a few days into January but here are some of my love / hates at the moment!

Hate

* The thoughts of taking down our Christmas tree this weekend - I took down most of the decorations but I will miss the twinkle of the Christmas lights.

* Lazy people in work -who do nothing and give out when there asked to do something, you do know you getting paid to work here right?!

* Doing housework - and then five minutes later the place looking dirty again!!

* Tax & PRSI charges going up again - my payslip is getting less income and more tax my the day!

Love

* Getting pictures our little niece Molly over Christmas -  makes me want to take a trip to Sweden to she here really soon!

* All the lovely Christmas presents family & friends got me - I really got spoiled!

* Getting back to work -maybe the walking to and from will help shed the Christmas weight!

* My parents - I love them so much and I think sometimes I take them a little for granted will try not to do that much this year.

What are you loving & hating this week?

Molly my Irish Molly!!

This forth and finally post looks at the next generation of the Furey Clan...from the births of Eddie, Finbar, George, & Paul's children. To some of the next generation's new music and bands, Martin Furey is a band called The High Kings with one of the Clancy brother's sons. The High Kings music is traditon Irish music but with a modern twist. Anthony Furey is in a band called The Young Folk and there music is slighty different folk music with a modern twist. I finish with pictures of the grandchildren the ones who will bring the Furey name into the future.
